Thomas Franks, the UK’s leading family-owned catering partner, has appointed John Fleming as Regional Managing Director for Scotland.
John is an award-winning chef with experience at Michelin star restaurants, hotels, stadia, and foodservice locations. Most recently, he was Head of Food (Scotland) at BaxterStorey.
At Thomas Franks, John will oversee food and operations for the company’s Scotland business which comprises clients such as Edinburgh Airport, Cushman & Wakefield and many of the country’s leading independent schools.

John joins the company on 6th May 2025 and will report to Blain Shepherd, UK Managing Director.
