Our Director of Purchasing closely manages our portfolio of supply partners. A robust supplier audit policy assesses quality, safety and operational systems to ensure we can guarantee supply and pricing, even during periods of macroeconomic challenge. We continuously review service levels to ensure supply partners align with our values and continue to meet our stringent quality markers.

SUPPLIER POP-UPS
Our suppliers regularly visit our location to showcase the wonderful seasonal produce they provide. These visits often coincide with talks and seminars from our nutritionists and Sustainability Team about the benefits of eating local, seasonal produce.
MEAT
We only source Red Tractor, PBEX, EBLEX and certified organic products. We have signed up to the Better Chicken Commitment.
DAIRY
We only use free-range eggs, and we source milk and cream locally.
FISH
We only buy fish that is MSC certified. Our tinned tuna has been pole and line caught.
FAIRTRADE
We source Fairtrade products to ensure farmers in the developing world have access to a trade system based on justice and fairness.
FRESH BREAD
We bake fresh bread every day. All our locations use regenerative flour in their home-made bread.
VALUE
We benchmark our suppliers regularly to ensure that we secure the best value for our clients. We operate open and transparent accounts, and are happy to share our purchasing arrangements.
