Our amazing Thomas Franks Chef’s Academy apprentices are coming towards the end of their masterclass sessions, where they have undergone the majority of their learning. They have learned to create and produced some wonderful dishes.
Our apprentices are now beginning to start their end point assessments and enter the final stages of their apprenticeships. They have worked incredibly hard over the past 12 months to develop their skills and broaden their culinary knowledge.
We know they will do very well in their assessments and look forward to congratulating them in the near future!
