Sushi pop-up at Salesian College

We showcased a wide range of different types and flavours of sushi, all freshly made by our incredible sushi master, Wayne. The event was a delightful success, bringing together students and staff to enjoy the culinary art of sushi-making. From classic nigiri to innovative rolls, each piece was a testament to Wayne’s skill and creativity. The vibrant atmosphere and the enthusiastic participation of everyone made it a memorable experience. The sushi pop-up provided an excellent opportunity for the students to learn about the rich traditions and techniques involved in sushi preparation. We are grateful for the opportunity to share our chef’s passion for sushi and look forward to many more pop-ups that bring joy and delicious food to our community. The positive feedback and smiles from everyone who attended are a testament to the event’s success and the impact of bringing people together through food.
