This wasn’t your typical conference affair! It was a Thomas Franks conference! The day kicked off with a lively round of ‘who knows TF best,’ setting the tone for what was to come. Throughout the day, we delved into discussions centred around our five pillars: Charity, Finance, People, Food, and Creativity. Each conversation infused with passion and purpose, reflecting our commitment to these core values that drive our organization forward.
We were also treated to a guest appearance from Richard from IIP on how we can further our advancements within IIP and the next stages moving into a higher award.
The highlight, however, was bidding farewell to a true legend, Geoff Searle, as he embarked on the next chapter of his journey into retirement. Geoff’s remarkable contributions and demeanour will be deeply missed, and his send-off was a touching tribute to his dedication over the years.
And let’s not forget the culinary delights that awaited us during lunch, expertly crafted by our Midlands development team. From savoury bites to delectable treats, every item on the menu was a testament to their culinary prowess.
