Our Nutrition Team hosted their inaugural Nutrition Chef Training Day in London. The day was packed with insightful discussions covering a range of topics, including company brand standards, menu writing, allergies and disordered eating awareness, and much more!
Our chefs also had the invaluable opportunity to connect with peers from across the business, exchanging stories and sharing ideas. It is times like these where it makes such a difference being able to talk to others about their experiences, as well as enhancing the true family feel of working for Thomas Franks.
It was truly a powerful day of discussion and learning, with eye-opening stories and the opportunity for discussion, as well as with being able to gain knowledge about what chefs can do at their locations to support others.
The nutrition team are hitting the road across the UK to deliver these training sessions, ensuring all our locations are up to the highest standards.
