Meet Linda! Some of you may recognise Linda as she appeared on our social media two days ago, and for those who have come to find out more, then you are in the right place!
Upon meeting Linda, you are greeted with a friendly smile (many laughs) and a happy, enthusiastic persona. Linda has been at St Joseph’s College, Ipswich, for 16 years having started her career in catering as a General Assistant. Linda then worked her way up, with support from her peers.
Linda has always had a love for St Joseph’s as a school, however (not that we’re biased), Linda says she loves working there even more since Thomas Franks joined the team in August 2023. Linda’s passion doesn’t stop there, she also has ambitions to one day become Head Chef, and is therefore taking her time to learn from those around her whilst building on her relationships, as if they weren’t already incredibly strong!
It is clear that Linda has a great support network, which also extends back home, with her 18-year-old daughter who has now joined her in the St Joseph’s team as a General Assistant, the very same role which Linda started her journey.
