As active promoters of improving the availability of delicious Free From Food Products for the catering sector, it was only natural for us to sponsor the Food Service category at this incredible event. The Free From Food Awards are a prestigious celebration of innovation and excellence in the free-from food industry, recognising products that cater to those with allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences.

It was a true celebration of all things Free From, showcasing some fabulous products and brands dedicated to excellence in catering. The event provided a platform for industry leaders to share their latest creations and for attendees to discover new, exciting free-from products that could enhance their menus and dining experiences. We were particularly proud to see the diversity of products on display, from gluten-free baked goods to dairy-free alternatives, all crafted with the utmost attention to taste and quality. The awards ceremony highlighted the hard work and dedication of producers committed to making delicious food accessible to everyone. The following day, our Director of Nutrition, Christine, and Culinary Director, Rob, took the stage at the Allergy and Free From Show.

Christine led a packed session discussing essential dietary factors for managing IBS, providing valuable insights and practical advice to attendees. Her expertise and engaging presentation were highly appreciated by the audience, who left with a deeper understanding of how to manage IBS through diet. Following the session, she and Rob headed to the cookery theatre where Rob created an amazing Free From Michelin Star dish. The live demonstration was a highlight of the show, as Rob showcased his culinary skills and creativity, proving that free-from cooking can be both delicious and sophisticated. The dish was met with rave reviews, and the audience was inspired by the possibilities of free-from cuisine. This event further solidified our commitment to promoting and supporting the free-from-food movement, ensuring that everyone can enjoy exceptional culinary experiences, regardless of their dietary needs.
