OUR APPROACH
With a focus on freshness and seasonality, we introduced daily homemade specials, including smoothies, breakfast pastries, and street food options. We established the “You Grow, We Grow” program, empowering boys to cultivate their own produce for meals and engage in charitable efforts through The People’s Kitchen. Additionally, we conducted health seminars and provided Beyond Education programs to enrich the students’ culinary and social experiences.
RESULTS
The transformation of Newcastle School for Boys dining experience has been profound. The introduction of homemade, fresh offerings and community-driven initiatives has been warmly received by students and staff alike.
