Our Approach
Collaboratively, we revamped the service, highlighting Scotland’s natural larder with new menus celebrating traditional Scottish produce and authentic global dishes. To enhance the team’s skills, we organised a week-long coaching experience at ten top locations. We also redesigned and restructured the restaurant, giving it a fresh identity and creating an inviting space for socialising and dining.
