OUR APPROACH
We reassured the school of our commitment to train and elevate the catering team to produce fresh, vibrant, and nutritious meals. Through dedicated support and training, the team quickly adapted to the new standards, enhancing the dining experience for pupils, staff, and visitors alike. Our involvement extended to hospitality and events management, previously outsourced, now handled by the school’s capable team under our guidance. We actively engaged with the school’s sustainability initiatives, participating in sustainability group meetings and incorporating feedback from the girls’ food forums. Changes such as transitioning to more sustainable packaging demonstrate our shared commitment to environmental responsibility. Furthermore, our Nourish to Flourish programme, featuring talks from nutritionists and ambassadors, enriches the educational experience by highlighting the link between food and mental health.
