We are fanatical about food. We specialise in providing exceptional food that is bursting with flavour and made from fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced produce.

We are committed to excellence. Our chefs adhere to strict standards to ensure every meal is exceptional, offering our customers quality, freshness, and seasonality. They work closely with our nutritionists to curate menus that meet rigorous standards of quality and nutritional value.

More than 96% of our dishes are prepared from scratch, with minimal use of pre-prepared products. Our chef teams enjoy unparalleled access to a vast network of fresh food suppliers, enabling them to curate bespoke menus tailored to the needs of each individual client.

MEET OUR PEOPLE

Our culinary team is led by Gavin Young. During his long and celebrated career, Gavin helped launch the Eden Project and collaborated with Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. The team supports our chefs with menu design, training, and special projects to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation and best practice.
