
NUTRITION FOR SCHOOLS
Our Nutrition Team raise awareness of the impact that food has on our bodies and the environment. Our outreach efforts encompass school-wide assemblies to targeted classroom discussions and interactive sessions designed to educate and inspire. The team also supports parents and staff with nutrition advice. Additionally, we collaborate with our catering teams and development chefs to organise taster days, pop-up events, and specially curated menus, especially around themed health weeks.

NUTRITION FOR BUSINESS
We offer personalised wellbeing and nutrition programmes to suit the needs of each client. Drawing on our extensive expertise working with businesses, we offer webinars, interactive health and wellbeing lunch sessions, and personalised nutrition consultations. Our on-site engagements – conducted in collaboration with catering teams and development chefs – include food tasting events, culinary demonstrations, and workshops, especially around health awareness weeks.

MENU AUDITS
Our Nutrition Team advises our chefs on menu design to ensure that each client has nutritionally balanced meals in line with UK healthy eating standards. The team regularly leads audits of menus across the company to ensure the quality of nutritious foods is maintained throughout the year.

AMBASSADORS
Our Ambassadors are professional athletes who work alongside the nutrition team to offer talks and inspiration sessions to our clients. Josh Quigley is a World Record breaking athlete, cyclist and inspirational speaker, and Amy Costello is a GB and Scotland Hockey player. They regularly receive rave reviews from clients in schools and head offices.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & ACCREDITATIONS
Our Nutrition Team supports clients who need additional guidance around special dietary requirements. We have Food for Life and Coeliac UK accreditations, and offer bespoke training for elite performance athletes. In partnership with the Soil Association, we work towards securing Food for Life Accreditation and Green Kitchen Standards for all our locations. Our commitment to sustainable catering practices and reducing food waste is monitored through the use of COOL FOOD PRO.
