Noi, joined the school over a decade ago as the KP and has now excelled the salad offerings to new heights. Her ideas and efforts are never over, as this week Noi’s Thai tuna salad and Thai salad rolls debuted! Originally from Thailand, this week has enabled Noi to teach and show the rest of the team dishes that are inspired from her heritage.
Chef Manager at Huddersfield Grammar School said ‘Noi has really blossomed as a team member over the last few years, it’s so good to see. And everyone loved her salads and new ideas!’
